Message from Principal Desk

I welcome you all to the official website of Mangaldai Law College, Mangaldai , Darrang, Assam. Which is the only legal educational institution situated in the district. Mangaldai Law College was established in the year 1984 by a few local peoples of the area to provide legal education and thereby promoting legal awareness in the society. Currently our institution is permanently affiliated by the Gauhati University and recognised by The Bar Council of India to run 3 years LL.B. Degree Course.

The entire family of Teaching and Non- Teaching staff of our college try their level best to fulfill all the necessary requirements of students and to maintain a positive environment all around.

I feel deeply honoured by mentioning some of the pioneer peoples, Lt. Binoy Kr. Ghosh, rector cum financial adviser and Sri Rajendra Baruah ex Secretary of Governing Body of Mangaldai Law College who had made several significant contributions in shaping the foundation of our institution.

We aim to make education enjoyable and growing experience for students as well as to create an environment where students can shape themselves as well behaved, well mannered and socially responsible citizens.
